    WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD THE MY EXPERIENCE APP TO MY PHONE IT SAYS "NOT AVAILABLE IN MY COUNTRY" HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE APP? IT IS AN ANDROID PHONE

    Ian, I'm sorry to hear you've experienced difficulty when trying to download the My Disney Experience mobile app. Unfortunately, the app is only available in select regions. In these cases, Guests must wait until they arrive in the United States to download the mobile app. However, I'm pleased to inform you that many of the app's features and functions are also available on the web-based application, Ian! For example, you'll be able to access your itinerary and connect with other Guests via your Family & Friends Lists within the My Disney Experience tab on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Before you head to The Most Magical Place on Earth, I recommend ensuring your theme park admission is linked to your account and you've connected with the friends and/or family members you'll be traveling with. Then, when you arrive on-site for your enchanting vacation, all of your plans will be visible in the My Disney Experience mobile app!

    You're visiting during the most magical time of the year, Ian! There's no place like the Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays. You'll be among the first Guests to experience the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, which just kicked off on November 24, 2023! Be sure to take a moment to appreciate the stunning seasonal décor and whimsical wintertime touches throughout the theme parks and Disney Resort hotels.
