When I try to book my park reservation, the system said they can't find my tickets. It a party of 2 and I was able to book my son's tickets. I do not have any resort associate to my accounts.

    Hiya, Cindy! Welcome to planDisney!

There is certainly magic waiting for you around every corner when you visit Walt Disney World Resort! From The World's Most Magical Celebration to the glowing Beacons of Magic in each of the parks, you are truly in for a special trip. But before you can immerse yourself in the magic, we have to make sure we can make Theme Park Reservations! Let's see if we can take a few steps to turn this pumpkin of a problem back into a carriage.

First, let's make sure that your Theme Park Tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account! Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Plans. Scroll beyond My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and click Tickets & Memory Maker. Make sure you can view the Theme Park Tickets associated with your account and the Guests that they are linked to.

If not, Hakuna Matata! No worries! All you need is to have the ticket ID numbers handy (if you purchased these Theme Park Tickets online, you should be able to find this in your email) and link them using the Link Reservations & Purchases page. You should be able to link your tickets and assign them to the Guests in your travel party.

Once you know your tickets are properly linked, you can go ahead and make your Theme Park Reservations using the Disney Park Pass system! Take a peek at the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure that the parks you wish to visit are available on the days of your trip. Ta-da! You are one step closer to your magical vacation!

Cindy, if you are still having a problem with connecting your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, I'd recommend reaching out to a Cast Member. You can try to reach out using the Chat feature on your My Disney Experience app. Log into your app, tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner, and tap "Chat With Us." A Cast Member will respond to you as soon as they are able! Pro tip: be sure to provide as much information as you can in your message so the Cast Member can easily and efficiently locate your information. You can also choose to call a Cast Member, and if you do, I'd suggest calling right at 7:00 AM EST when phone lines open.

I'm wishing you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust as you make your Theme Park Reservations, Cindy!  If you have any other questions that we can help with, please visit us again. You've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
