    Hiya, Holly! Welcome to planDisney!

It sounds like you're already immersed in the magic of Walt Disney World Resort! But oh, bother - I'm sorry to hear that you're having a couple of technical difficulties. I would love to help you turn this pumpkin of a problem back into a carriage by helping you set up your Disney MagicMobile pass and use Apple Pay!

Holly, I love using the convenient Disney MagicMobile Service while on my vacations to The Most Magical Place on Earth! This acts similarly to a MagicBand, allowing you to enter theme parks, add Disney PhotoPass images to your My Disney Experience account, gain access to virtual queue attractions, and even charge to your Disney Resort hotel folio. The best part is that all of this can be accomplished just by holding your iPhone near an access point, as you would with a MagicBand! To create your MagicMobile pass, log into your My Disney Experience app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Tap Disney MagicMobile and "Change Pass Style" to select the image you'd like on your digital pass. When you're ready to add it to your Apple Wallet, tap the plus sign in the upper right corner, then "Add to Apple Wallet."

If you have difficulty when adding your Disney MagicMobile pass to your Apple Wallet, it may mean that someone else has created your account and is managing your plans for you. If this is the case, the person who created your My Disney Experience account (likely, the person who made the plans for your trip) will want to log into their account online. Hover their mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, then click My Family & Friends. They should be able to see your name with the words "Plans managed by me" next to it. Click "Update" next to your name, then "Share Planning With." They will enter your email address and, once you accept the invitation on your end, you will be able to co-manage your plans! Once you've made it this far, close out your My Disney Experience app, log in again, and follow the above steps to create your Disney MagicMobile pass.

You may also be able to use Apple Pay separately when making in-store purchases and checking out! To do this, hold your iPhone near the credit card reader and double-click the button on the right side of your phone. This should pull up your Apple Wallet, allowing you to make a purchase with Apple Pay. All you need to do is make sure that you've set up a form of payment! If you haven't done this previously, just open up the Wallet app, tap the plus button, and continue to follow the prompts.

I hope I was able to help you with the Disney MagicMobile Service and Apple Pay! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all - you've got a friend in me!

    Have a magical trip!
