Hi Isabel! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
Disneyland Resort is not peanut-free. There are menu items with peanuts and kitchens that have prepped menu items that include peanuts for both parks. Guests can also bring food into the parks, which may include peanuts. I'm sorry if that's not the news you were hoping for today.
However, Disneyland Resort offers many
allergy-friendly options. Many menus have allergy-friendly choices, and dining locations can often also accommodate allergy-friendly requests. Speak to a Cast Member about your group's dietary needs and always be sure to check labels. Some peanut-free choices aren't made in peanut-free facilities. When looking for the perfect spot to dine, look for a "Peanut/Tree Nut Allergy" portion of the menu. You can easily pull up all dining options on the
Disneyland mobile app by switching from "Attractions" to "Dining" at the top of the map.
One of my favorite quick service locations, Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante in Frontierland at Disneyland Park, currently has two peanut allergy-friendly options you might check out. We always enjoy what we order there and there's plenty of shaded seating if you need a break from the sun. Menu options and ingredients regularly change, so check the app on the day of your visit and chat with a Cast Member to make the best-informed decision you can based on your group's needs.
For many Guests, the iconic Mickey's Premium Ice Cream Bar available at various snack-cart locations throughout the parks is a great allergy-friendly choice or a tasty DOLE Whip from one of two spots in Adventureland at Disneyland Park. So, there's a good chance you won't have to sacrifice a classic treat due to allergies, depending on your comfort level and personal needs.
I hope this helps!
Elizabeth
