Since it sounds like you are in the middle of the magic, having a less-than-magical moment, I'll keep this quick to get you on your way.
I had this happen once with Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. In my experience, I used the "Chat With Us" function on the
My Disney Experience app. You can find it on the main menu screen (the "≡" at the bottom). I was told that if it was closed at the time of my pass and I could not ride it that day, it should automatically process a refund. I still like checking. You can also stop by the
Guest Experiences team if you are still at the Magic Kingdom. You can find these Cast Members under the gigantic blue umbrellas. They can also assist with options that may be available to you.
I like checking, and I recommend that you either use chat or speak with someone at Guest Experiences inside the park or
Guest Relations near the front gate after exiting the Magic Kingdom. They can look in the system and tell you what you can do in your situation.
