    I have 2 trips to WDW in early 2017. I will purchase the AP. If I purchase now, and link on my account does it become active then or only after I trade in voucher? I'd like to utilize it to book my resorts but don't want to activate too early.

    Thanks for checking in with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm a lucky Annual Passholder this year and I'm happy to help.

    I purchased my Disney Platinum Pass a month before I was able to use it. It gave me the ability to book my hotel room with passholder discounts but the pass became active the day I traded in my voucher. It's a pretty great deal!
