Hi Catherine,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It looks like your trip is coming up soon. You are arriving just in time for the start of the
2020 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival! Honestly, this is
one of my favorite events at Walt Disney World Resort. The Outdoor Kitchens have delicious food, the florals are incredible, and the activities are super fun!
Rapid Refill Mugs are available through the
Disney Dining Plan or purchase on your own. Your
cup is valid for the length of your stay and can be used at
any Resort hotel quick-service dining location. Unfortunately, they can’t be used in the Theme Parks or Water Parks. I tend to fill them up before we head into the Parks and then split water bottles amongst them for the rest of the day in the Parks.
The
mugs are exclusive to each trip, so you won’t be able to use the same one on subsequent trips. But I think they are still an excellent investment. Depending on where you are in the Parks, besides complimentary water, you will spend anywhere from $2 to upwards of $5 on a single beverage (remember, prices are always subject to change). Once you buy 3-4 drinks, you’ve made up the price of the
mug. I don’t know about your family, but we stop for hydration at least five times a day, so we make up the price on day one!
Catherine, if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come back. ChEARs to a fantastic vacation!
