Would a trip to WDW 11/19-11/25 2013 be a low crowd time of year to go & be able to see holiday decorations? Also are you still able to use table service meal credits at quick service locations if you choose to? Could in 2009, just checking if things c

Hi, Ron!  Officially speaking, restaurants are not supposed to exchange table service credits for quick service credits.  There is some discretion used on the part of a quick service location to accept a table service credit, so you may have encountered a restaurant in 2009 that permitted you to exchange the credits. As this is not official policy, you may not have the same experience.

You may also want to look at the plan for the meals you are going to enjoy.  Since going from a table service dining experience to a quick service meal is technically a "downgrade", you may not need the dining plan with table service credits.  Some guests find they are much better off with just the quick service dining plan, then buying the few table service meals they want to enjoy out of pocket.  With options that include Be Our Guest, Columbia Harbor House, and an international culinary tour at EPCOT, there really are awesome quick service meals available.

    Have a great trip!
