Trip to WDW at the end of Sept with our 2 sons (almost 3 and 5 1/2). We selected the dining plan & I was wondering if we go to a Table Service meal, do we have to use the "Meal Plan" for everyone or can we use the meal plan for part of it &am

    Hi Heather,

There is no requirement that everyone at the table use meal plan credits as their payment method. If you'd prefer to pay out of pocket for some guests, but use dining plan credits for others, just tell your server. It's easier for the server if you let her know what you're doing at the start of the meal, because it makes the billing process run more smoothly.

Even if you are paying with dining credits, you may want to add an appetizer or adult beverage to your meal. You would also pay for these items out of pocket rather than with credits.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
