    this will be our 1st trip to WDW. We have the dinning plan. how exactly does the cards work. how do you know how many meals you have left,were can you eat,etc.

    Hey Stephanie and how exciting to be awaiting your first trip to WDW!  The dining plan is incredible and WDW makes it very easy for you to keep track of how many credits you have left.  For example, if you dine at a counter service restaurant you will present your card to pay, the CM will swipe the card and hand it back to you with a receipt.  On that receipt it will state how many counter services you have left.  It does the same thing for table services and snacks.  It is really awesome, and I never plan a trip to WDW without the dining plan.  I truly hope you and your family have a magical vacation, and thanks for the great question.
