    Our trip is a surprise for my daughter’s 6th bday Nov8. We will arrive to WDW Dec 10 and our payment due date Nov 10. If we pay October 10, will they send the magic bands within two weeks of payment or do we have to wait for two weeks before arrival date?

    Hi, Dalkya! What a wonderful surprise gift for your daughter! Walt Disney World Resort is such a magical place to celebrate an unforgettable birthday. We have celebrated several birthdays there and quite a few very merry unbirthdays, too!

    MagicBand orders are usually submitted to be processed 30 days in advance of check-in date, regardless of the date your account balance is paid. In our experience, it usually takes approximately ten days for the MagicBands to be personalized, shipped and arrive in our mailbox. I am wondering if you were hoping to include a MagicBand in your daughter's birthday present as a way to reveal the surprise gift. If so, I know your daughter's MagicBand will most likely not make it to you in time, so I have an option for you to consider. Take a look at the MagicBands available for purchase in the Disney Store and in the Shop Disney Parks app. You could purchase one of these and include it in her birthday present to be opened. You can even link it to her profile in your My Disney Experience account so it can be used during your trip.
