Hi I have a trip scheduled in July and we have fully paid for it I was wondering if we could postpone it and if that would cost anything?

    Hiya, Veronica! Welcome to planDisney!

I hear that you've made plans to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth next month! But what happens when plans take a not-so-magical turn and your vacation needs to be postponed? First, I'm sending you a warm hug courtesy of my pal, Olaf. Now, let's help you to reschedule your magical trip!

Veronica, when looking at the 2022 Terms and Conditions, vacation packages that are canceled between 2 and 29 days prior to the trip can be refunded, minus a $200 cancellation fee, travel protection, and other non-refundable fees. I would recommend reaching out to a Cast Member to cancel this trip and book your new dates. You can do this by calling (407) 939-1936. Before you call, here are a few things to note:

    • The price of your package may change, depending on your new dates and any other changes you may make.
    • Have your confirmation number handy so a Cast Member can easily locate your reservation.
    • Once your new vacation package is booked, I'd recommend making your Theme Park Reservations using the Disney Park Pass system as soon as you're able. This is an important step to reserve the parks you'd like to visit on each day of your trip. You won't want to miss seeing Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom Park or Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disney's Hollywood Studios!
Veronica, I'm sending you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust as you put the finishing touches on your magical vacation. If you have any other questions, please reach out to us again! After all, you've got a friend in me.

    To infinity and beyond!
