Hey there, Erin. Watching the weather reports has the melodic voice of Bert singing in my ear:
Winds in the east, mist comin' in
Like somethin' is brewin' and 'bout to begin.
Can't put me finger on what lies in store,
But I feel what's to happen all happened before.I am so sorry the recent hurricane upended your plans to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth. We've not had time to recover from Helene and here we are, planning for another major hurricane this week. I think we all need a spoonful of sugar right now.
The best advice I can give is to call and speak with a Cast Member about your
Lightning Lane Single Pass. I would start with the
Existing Tickets line if you were using date-based theme park tickets for your trip. If you have an Annual Pass, try the
V.I.Passholder line. Lightning Lane passes are non-refundable, but given the hurricane, they may have some options available to you. Anything they could do would be an exception to policy, so I can't share any guarantees. But it sounds like you are moving the dates of your theme park ticket or making theme park reservations on a rolling basis to adjust your Lightning Lane passes. If there is a better option, they would be the ones who could help.
I wish I had more of an answer to share with you. I do hope the Cast Members can review the specifics of your situation and find an option for you. I also hope it won't be long before your vacation is rescheduled and everything is practically perfect in every way.
If you have any questions as you plan your next trip, we'd love to see you fly back by. When you're with a
planDisney, you're in glad company.
There's the Whole World at Your Feet!
