Thanks for contacting planDisney with your question, Nate! It sounds like your trip planning process has hit a snag. This is one of those times that I wish I could peer into Madame Leota's crystal ball to see what is
haunting your account. I'm only a "
foolish mortal," but I'm happy to help!
Since you are now connected with your sister-in-law through
Family & Friends, ask her if she sees your wife's ticket in her
My Disney Experience account. If so, it sounds like there must be a glitch in the system. You can also try
linking the ticket to your account again. Pull up the email you received when you made your ticket purchases, and use the confirmation number provided. Lastly, make sure you have the latest version of the
My Disney Experience app downloaded to your phone. Then, tap on the three bars on the bottom right-hand side of the screen, and click on Tickets and Passes. From there, swipe left, and you should be able to see all the theme park tickets for those who are connected to you.
If all else fails, contact the
Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 or (407) 939-7765, and they will be able to pull up your account to see what is causing this issue. The wait times can be long, so I recommend setting an alarm and calling as soon as the phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST.
I am sending some pixie dust your way, Nate! Please let us know if you need any more planning help before your trip. Take care!
