    We have a trip planned to WDW and will be there for five days celebrating our son's birthday (will be turning 5). I am a little overwhelmed with the character dining reservations (there's so many!). Which would you recommend for a boy? He loves Walle+Cars

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We're glad you're here!  I honestly believe Walt Disney World is the perfect vacation destination for a birthday celebration!  My family of six has created so many magical memories at Character DIning Experiences! As a mom of three boys myself, I can tell you from firsthand experience that our favorite Character DIning Experiences are Chef Mickey's featuring the "Fab 5" at Disney's Contemporary Resort and 'Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast featuring Mickey, Pluto, Lilo and Stitch at Disney's Polynesian Resort. Chef Mickey's is one of the most popular Character DIning Experiences so I would highly recommend booking an Advanced DIning Reservation for this table-service restaurant 180 days in advance by calling (407) WDW-DINE or by going online here. Unfortunately, there are currently no Character DIning Experiences that feature characters from Cars or WALL•E. Lightning McQueen and Mater do currently have a Character Greeting at Team McQueen Headquarters in Disney's Hollywood Studios. Please know that Character Greetings are subject to change so be sure to pick up a Times Guide when entering the park for up to date Character Greeting times and locations.
