Ana from MN Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I have a trip planned for Oct 2020 with Disney Resort and two-day Park Hopper tickets. I reserved park entry for two days but given that we're not able to do park hopper, I want to change my tickets to 3-day basic. When would I be able to make changes?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Ana!

I am so glad you stopped by with another question.  It is always great to talk Disney with a fellow Minnesotan!  Let's make sure you are ready when it is time for you to return to the magic this October.

Mickey Mouse and his pals are excited to welcome you back to the kingdom, and as a Guest with a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, you are among the first to finalize your plans to return to the Most Magical Place on Earth.  I am excited that you already have secured your park days with the new Disney Park Pass System!

As your original tickets included the Park Hopper Option, you may be able to modify or cancel your existing tickets now that Guests may only visit one park per day.  Contact the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 934-7639 to discuss your options to make changes to your tickets.  You can also choose to keep your Park Hopper tickets in the event that the ability to visit multiple parks in one day returns before your vacation.

Be sure to keep your eyes on the Disney Parks Blog as you continue to plan for your adventure this Fall.  Here you can find the most up to date information and news from the house of mouse to make your next Disney day incredible!  Of course, you can visit us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel as well if you have any additional questions, Ana.

    See ya real soon!  Angie
