    If I have a trip planned for next December can I apply those tickets towards an annual pass?

    Hi Taylor,

    Welcome to planDisney! Having an entire year to plan your Walt Disney World Resort adventure not only gives you lots of time to think through all of the details but also means that you'll add some pixie dust throughout the upcoming year! Having a trip to look forward to is so much fun!

    While most theme park tickets can usually be upgraded to an Annual Pass, the purchase of new Annual Passes is currently paused. The Disney Pixie Dust Pass, which is only available for Florida residents, is currently the only option that's still available to purchase. In this case, you're actually at an advantage that your visit is still a year away because the sale of all Annual Passes may resume by then. I'd encourage you to stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog for any further announcements or updates or feel free to check back with us here at planDisney again as your trip approaches. I'm wishing on a star that you'll be able to extend your visit into an entire year FULL of Disney joy!
