    We have a trip planned for May 2017 - My Magic Bands are set to ship in April. I have already customized them, but now Magic Bands 2 are coming out. Will I have the opportunity to re-select and customize after the release?

    Hi DeAndra!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. While Disney hasn't released the official date of when the Magic Band 2 will be shipped to guests, I'm glad to tell you you can customize your band up until the day it ships!

    If you would like to keep the same names and colors, you don't need to make any changes and if the Magic Band 2 is shipping at that time you will receive the newer model in the same color and name. If you would like to make changes to the selections you made this can be done in to your My Disney Experience account.
