The
cancellation policy for vacation packages and room-only reservations are a bit different. I will give you the information for both, but since your vacation was over 60 days away, your deposit will be refunded whether you had a vacation package or a room-only reservation. For vacation packages, you can cancel your reservation, without penalty, up until 30 days in advance. You can cancel room-only reservations up to five days in advance, without penalty. As you can see, you are well within your cancellation window and should receive a full refund of your deposit.
