I had a trip planned for feb. 26. I have only paid the deposit but had to cancel today dec. 1. Will the deposit be refunded to me?

    Hello, Jami!

Thank you for stopping by planDisney! Here you will find a group of Disney vacation enthusiasts eager to help answer your vacation questions. I am sorry to hear that you had to cancel your February vacation to Walt Disney World Resort. I hope you can reschedule and experience an unforgettable visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth soon.

The cancellation policy for vacation packages and room-only reservations are a bit different. I will give you the information for both, but since your vacation was over 60 days away, your deposit will be refunded whether you had a vacation package or a room-only reservation. For vacation packages, you can cancel your reservation, without penalty, up until 30 days in advance. You can cancel room-only reservations up to five days in advance, without penalty. As you can see, you are well within your cancellation window and should receive a full refund of your deposit.

I hope this information helps, Jami! Here at planDisney, we are always happy to help, so stop back by any time we can answer your vacation questions.
