Hi Linda,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. I'm excited to hear about your upcoming December trip. The holiday season is such a beautiful time to visit Walt Disney World Resort! I just love the decor, the seasonal snacks, and the overall festive feeling.
If you have already booked a Vacation Package online, your room and ticket information should be linked to your My Disney Experience Account. You can confirm this by
logging in here and clicking "My Plans." If you haven't booked your visit yet, or the information does not appear in your account you can
link your tickets or resort information on this page. If the package or tickets were purchased by another member of your party, be sure you are all connected via your
Family & Friends list so that the entitlements appear on each guest's account.
Date-based tickets and admission booked as part of a Vacation Package will not require a separate theme park reservation. If you'll be using an Annual Pass of another ticket type you can make the necessary theme park reservations by clicking the blue
"Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations." Once everything is booked and visible on your My Disney Experience Account you can request
Disability Access Service (DAS). This can be done via
Live Video Chat with a specially trained Cast Member up to 30 days before your arrival. They will review your needs and advise of the appropriate accommodations for your group.
I hope this helped, Linda. If you need further clarification please don't hesitate to come back and see us again. If you need technical assistance to ensure everything is properly linked to your account feel free to
reach out to a Cast Member by phone.
Wishing you a very merry visit!
Amy
