Thank you, Jessica, for your question!
I'm a foodie, so naturally one of my favorite things about
Disneyland Resort is all the delicious things to eat. I have a couple of tips to help all your gluten-free dreams come true.
The first tip is to
make a reservation for a restaurant you know has a gluten-free menu or gluten-free options. Reservations do book quickly. HOWEVER, people also cancel frequently as well. When a restaurant I want to dine at doesn't have any availability, I make sure to check
Dining Reservations periodically to see if something opens up. Sometimes, I can even grab a reservation the day before or the day of. A great place to try would be
Cafe Orleans, which offers allergy-friendly menus upon request.
When ready to eat, you may also check the
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability. Once you are physically close to your desired restaurant, you can use the
Disneyland App to add yourself to a waitlist. While you are waiting for a table to become available, you are free to roam around nearby areas until you are notified your table is ready.
My last tip is about
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering, which my family does for most meals at the resort. This option allows you to order food and beverages using the Disneyland Mobile App. You can even order all your food for the entire day in advance; if your plans change, you can easily change the pick-up time with just a few taps of your finger. Some excellent options via Mobile Order include the Gluten/Wheat Allergy-Friendly Jolly Holiday Combo at
Jolly Holiday Bakery Café and the Gluten/Wheat Allergy-Friendly PB3 Superb Sandwich at
Pym Test Kitchen.
Have a magical time, and I hope all your foodie dreams come true!
Happy eating,
Lola
