My trip is on the 14 of this month and I haven't received our tickets yet. I did book a hotel package. Will I get it at check in?

Hello, Jessica! We're so happy you came to planDisney with your trip planning question.

You have five more days...EEK! When I get down to the single digits, I start packing with my checklist; it feels good to check off each item, doesn't it?! Well, you can now check tickets off your packing list because you already have them. Since you purchased a resort package with room and Theme Park tickets, the tickets should appear in your My Disney Experience account. If you don't see them, you can link them yourself (check your emails for the 12 digit Ticket ID number). It is also possible that you opted for Will Call, which in that case, you'll need to pick them up at the Guest Relations booth located near the park entrances. If in doubt, give Ticketing Services a call at (407) 939-5277.

If you have MagicBands, you do not need to present your ticket at the theme park Main Entrance; MagicBands linked to your My Disney Experience account will be able to access your linked theme park admission. Walt Disney World Resort hotel Guests no longer receive complimentary MagicBands, so if you decide not to purchase them, you'll receive an Admission Card at check-in. Disney MagicMobile Service, available in the My Disney Experience app, is another way to access MagicBand features, like theme park entry, through your cell phone, and it's free!

I'm excited for you to be able to participate in the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration, Jessica! There's so much to see and do; don't miss the Fab 50 Character Collection and the Beacons of Magic. Please write back if there's anything else we can help you with before you go.

    Sincerely,
    Eean
