    Our trip is a mere 5 weeks away! My question is: We are staying at BWV's...I know there aren't a lot of quickservice dining options. Can you place an order at Screen Door General Store and have items delievered to your room.. how far in advance?

    I am a Disney Vacation Club member. Several years ago there was a service where you could pre-order some groceries and have them sent to your room. I have not seen any information about this in DVC mailings or at WDW in quite some time. I stayed at the Boardwalk last month and I just double checked all of the literature I received there and there is no mention of room delivery of General Store items. You could obviously get anything you needed there yourself. The General Store is open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

    When I'm staying at the Epcot area resorts, I consider the entire area to be fair game for dining. Within a 10 minute walk you have access to all the food options not only at the Boardwalk, but also at the Yacht & Beach Club, Swan & Dolphin, and some of the World Showcase area of Epcot. There have been several times that I was staying at the Beach Club, got hungry, and used my park hopper to pop into Epcot for quick counter service. The fish and chips in England are delish and they're just a quick trip from the Boardwalk.
