We have a trip in May and have the quick service dinning plan - Will any of the outside kitchens in EPCOT during the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival be accepting the dining plans?

    Hi Amber!

Welcome back to planDisney. I am so excited that you are on your way to one of my favorite festivals! I love all things pretty and delicious, and the gorgeous flowers mixed with the Outdoor Kitchens are the perfect combo.

You are also super smart to maximize your Quick Service Dining Plan. I love that the Dining Plans offer a way for us to just go about our adventures and not have to worry about budgeting for food! So, the food at the Outdoor Kitchens does not qualify for a Quick Service meal, but many of the food items and non-alcoholic drinks qualify as a snack! Look for the purple and white icon on the menu to designate which items qualify.

While you're browsing this year's menu, here are a few eligible recommendations:
    • Frozen Desert Lemonade at Pineapple Promenade - our family's favorite drink at the festival - so refreshing!
    • Chicken and Waffles at The Honey Bee-stro - delicious and filling!
    • Grilled Street Corn on the Cob at Beach Grub - very similar to the Corn on the Cob at Animal Kingdom and mouth-wateringly good.
    • Potato Pancakes at Bauermarkt: Farmer's Market in Germany - we love the applesauce version.
    • Pork Sticky Ribs & Chocolate Mousse Terrarium at Trowel & Trellis - both divine!
    • Frushi at Hanami in the Japan Pavilion - hands down our favorite dish. When we visit during the festival, we usually park hop into EPCOT every night to grab this as dessert!

Amber you know where to find us with any more questions. I hope you have a vacation full of flavor!
