Hi there, PaDee!
Welcome to planDisney. Thanks so much for stopping by with your question for us today.
I, too, had to reschedule my trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth last year. Thankfully at Walt Disney World Resort, they understand that plans change and it’s never a goodbye, but a “See ya soon, pal!” I’m glad to hEAR you’re ready to
return to the magic!
PaDee, due to the phased reopening and to keep Guest and Cast Member health a priority, Disney has implemented enhanced cleaning procedures, physical distancing in queues, temperature screenings, and the use of the Disney Park Pass reservation system to limit capacity. Although the Will Call windows at the Theme Parks may have your information, if you have not made your
Disney Park Pass reservations and the reservations are completely booked, there would not be a way to gain entry. You can check the
Disney Park Pass Availability Calendar to see if there is availability for Magic Kingdom Park for the dates you would like to go. You can also
call and speak to a Cast Member at Existing Tickets or Disney Hotel Reservations so they may help you further should you need assistance.
If you’re thinking about enjoying time around Walt Disney World Resort, might I suggest some options that do not require Disney Park Pass reservations? You can
seas the day at
Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, which recently began welcoming back Guests! Whether you love the thrill of
Summit Plummet or like taking it easy on
Melt-Away Bay, the water park is full of magical adventures for the entire family!
You can also take a full day to shop ’til you drop and feast on the most delectable options at
Disney Springs. My family is sure to spend a day enjoying it all and I hope you will, too!
PaDee, we can’t wait to welcome you back to the magic very soon!
Aena
