    Our trip is in July. I really don't know how receiving the tickets will work. We are driving up there so we are just concern about the park tickets. I'm I supposed to receive them by mail? If not can I call so they can mail me the tickets.

    Hi Crystal,

    If you've purchased park tickets along with your room reservation, you won't get your tickets in advance. You will receive them when you check into your hotel. (This way you don't have to worry about losing them prior to your trip.)

    You park tickets (and any Disney Dining Plan credits you may have purchased) will be encoded onto your Key to the World Card. You'll get the card, which also functions as your room key, when you arrive at your hotel. Easy peasy.
