    1st trip with 3 & 4 yo girls March 2012. We are booked for the Royal Guest Room @ Riverside. Is this a new renovation? Is it convenient to the bus stop? After booking, I am wondering if we should put in a request for a more convenient nicer room? THA

    Yeay! How exciting!! The Royal Guest Rooms at Port Orleans Riverside are brand new (so new, in fact, that they aren't available yet!), and are going to be wonderful! I can't wait to check them out myself!

    I wouldn't change my room type! I'd keep it!

    If you would like to add a request to your reservation, asking to be close to a bus stop, you can do so by calling 407-939-7675. Just let the Cast Member know that you'd like to add that request to your current reservation. While your request won't be guaranteed, Disney will do their best to accommodate you!
