Ahoy Kimberly!
As a planner myself, I completely understand wanting to get your onboard experiences and Port Adventures in place! I'm not sure of your exact sail date or if you are a returning cruiser, but here is the timeline Disney Cruise Line follows for early bookings- Silver Castaway Club Member-90 days prior to sailing (1-4 cruises), Gold-105 days (5-9 cruises), and Platinum-120 days (10+ cruises). If you are a new cruiser to DCL then you are allowed to book 75 days prior to boarding. If you think there is an error in your reservation information then I would definitely give Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532.
