Hello Crystal! I am so happy you are planning a return trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. I myself have an 8 year-old daughter who loves the Disney Parks, so I will let you know some of our favorite ways to spend pixie dusted time together.
My daughter loves the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, but at her wise old age of 8 sometimes says she would rather do something else more sophisticated. What she usually chooses is the
Pirates League. Becoming a swashbuckling pirate empress, or a beautiful mermaid is a must do each time we visit Magic Kingdom park. It is a very unique experience, and one that is very fun. (Truthfully ,I think she just likes meeting Captain Jack Sparrow and showing off her new look at
Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Tutorial.)
Why not enjoy a guided tour with your daughter.
Disney's Family Magic Tour will have you and your daughter putting on your detective hats, to help solve different riddles and unlock clues throughout the lands of the Magic Kingdom. My daughter loves this adventure, and it would be a great way to spend a magical morning together.
Top the evening off with a character dinner. Eating inside of the iconic Cinderella Castle is something I think everyone should experience at least one time while visiting Walt Disney World. You can make reservations for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table up to 180 days in advance of your trip.
I hope your daughter has a simply terrific time! Enjoy every magical minute.
