Hi Moms! Our trip is in early June. My girls are 3 & 4 and are novice swimmers. I am wondering if including Water Parks in our hopper is worth it? Or should I just stick to the pool at the resort. We are staying ar Wilderness Lodge. Thanks!

Hi there Megan! Congratulations on your upcoming Walt DIsney World vacation! My family of six absolutely loves both Disney's Blizzard Beach and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and we have been taking our children to both parks since they were three-years-old. We have also purchased annual water park passes due to our frequent summer visits.  I am happy to tell you that complimentary life vests are available at both water parks. Based on my own personal experience, I do believe adding the Water Park Fun & More Option is worth the additional cost if you think you will have ample time in your vacation itinerary to visit the water parks. With that being said, I have stayed at DIsney's Wilderness Lodge myself on several occasions and love the Silver Creek Springs Pool. Both Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon have specific areas designed for "little ones" in mind so I do think your girls will love the water parks. I would personally recommend adding the Water Park Fun & More Option if you have adequate time in your vacation itinerary to spend at least four to five hours at each water park. I hope this information helps in making your decision. Please don't hesitate to write me back if I can be of further assistance. Best wishes for a magical trip, Megan!
    Happy Planning,
