Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kyle!
I am so excited for your family! There is nothing like experiencing the magic of Walt Disney World Resort through the eyes of your children. I think you will be amazed at how much has changed since your last visit!
Since you will be visiting tomorrow, I'll get right to your question. Your
1-Day Park Hopper ticket will allow you to enter and exit the four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks as many times as you like on the day you visit, so you may definitely "hop" from
Magic Kingdom Park to
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and back again. You don't mention what type of transportation you plan on using, but if you will be driving and
parking at the Transportation and Ticket Center, which is the parking lot for Magic Kingdom Park, it might be more efficient to hop to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park using the
complimentary bus transportation. The bus will pick you up right in front of Magic Kingdom Park, rather than traveling back across
Seven Seas Lagoon to your vehicle. You can then bus back to Magic Kingdom Park in time for the
Happily Ever After fireworks.
And you didn't ask, but I thought I would mention, children under three years of age do not need admission tickets, so you will not need to worry about purchasing a ticket for your 1-year old.
Have a wonderful visit Kyle, and please let us know if you have any additional questions. We are always happy to help.
