    Hello. 1st trip to Disney for my son and I with others who have been. Where are the best places to eat for counter service? We have some hearty eaters in the group! Thanks in advance!

    Welcome to the Mom's Panel, James! I know you and your son must be very excited about making your first trip to Walt Disney World in March! It will be here before you know it! My favorite Quick-Service Restaurant is Wolfgang Puck Express in Downtown Disney.This popular dining location serves large wood fired pizzas, hearty salads and soups, pasta dishes, and salmon.Earl of Sandwich is another popular Quick-Service location at Downtown Disney featuring large sandwiches, salads, and soups. Magic Kingdom Park offers many Quick-Service dining locations.Cosmic Ray's in Tomorrowland serves 1/2 Rotisserie Chickens, Burgers, BBQ Rib Meals, and several other hearty options.Columbia Harbour House in Liberty Square features fried shrimp and fish baskets on their menu.FlameTree Barbecue is our favorite Quick-Service location in Disney's Animal Kingdom park.Fairfax Fare, Toluca Legs Turkey Co., Rosie's All-American Cafe, and Catalina Eddie's are all great options along Sunset Boulevard in Disney's Hollywood Studios.Sunshine Seasons is a very popular dining location in Epcot.My favorite Quick-Service restaurants located in the Walt Disney World Resorts are Contempo Café, located in Disney's Contemporary Resort and Captain Cooks, located in Disney's Polynesian Resort.One of the best breakfast bargains that I have found at most of the Quick-Service locations, is the Bounty Platter.This breakfast platter usually features scrambled eggs, biscuit, hash browns, bacon, pancake, and sausage.A great unofficial website to view all the Quick-Service restaurant menus and pricing is allears.net. I hope this helps!
