    Our trip to Disney is in 14 days. My husband wants to have a Christmas tree for our room, so I need to mail a small tree down. Is it possible to mail stuff to the hotel and if so do you know the mailing address for Pop Century? Thanks!

    Hi Kimberlee!

    First, let me congratulate you on planning to visit the Walt Disney World resort during the holiday time!  It's really just a beautiful time to be in the parks, and the resorts are all decked out in their seasonal best!

    Second, you can absolutely send a package to the Walt Disney World resorts prior to your vacation stay. When labeling the package, make sure you have the guests’ full name, expected date of arrival and resort information placed clearly on the label. You can ship your package up to a week prior to arrival. It will be held at bell services and you will be able to claim it there.  I've listed the mailing address for Pop Century below, as well as an example of how the label should read:

    Disney's Pop Century Resort 
    1050 Century Drive
    Lake Buena Vista, Fl 32830
    Guest Name
    Arrival date
