1st trip w/ DH, DD14, DD8. Staying at POR. Want to enter Epcot via Intl Gtwy. Thought breakfast at Spoodles (Brdwlk) then walk to Epcot. Can we take bus from POR to Boardwalk? What time should we leave POR to arrive by 9:00 am at Epcot? Any better ideas?

Spoodles at the Boardwalk has a yummy breakfast and it's extraordinarily easy to walk from there to the International Gateway entrance to Epcot -- maybe a five minute walk.

Unfortunately you can't get there directly from Port Orleans. There is almost no direct resort to resort transportation at WDW. If you'd like to visit another resort, which you are certainly welcome to do, you're going to have to make a transfer at a theme park, Downtown Disney, or the Transportation and Ticket Center. In your case I would either go to nearby Downtown Disney and hop on a bus to the Boardwalk, or take a bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios and transfer to a boat to the Boardwalk (or walk). Or the most efficient way to get there would be to take a taxi. This would take about 10 minutes, whereas the Disney transportation system could take as long as an hour. The taxi would cost in the neighborhood of $12-15.

I would schedule your meal for about 7:45. This will give you time to eat and walk over to Epcot.

Hope you have a great trip.
