I have a trip coming up in june and have the deluxe dining plan. I have a sensitive stomach and and wondering if it’s possible to order kids meals in adult portions at any of the restaurants. I can’t eat spices onions peppers and most sauces.

Hi there, Kathryn! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We appreciate you taking the time to submit your question and allowing us to help you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Walt Disney World Resort has so many dining locations, it’s always possible to find something for even the pickiest of eaters! Even Guests with special dietary restrictions are able to eat many different meals during their vacations. As someone that has to utilize these specific accommodations, I cannot begin to express how important this is to me! I love being able to actually find dining options throughout my vacation and never fearing a potential allergy attack when visiting Walt Disney World Resort!

The Disney Dining Plan is another great way Walt Disney World Resort enhances their Guests’ experiences! This exclusive dining plan allows Guests to pre-pay for their meals and enjoy a more, all-inclusive feel during their vacation. There are also three different levels of the Disney Dining Plan: Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, Disney Dining Plan, and Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. This helps Guests find a meal plan that will fit their specific budget and needs!

In the past, I have been able to order meals from the children’s section of a menu without much of a problem. In these circumstances, I was given a larger portion than that of the standard child-sized meal. However, this accommodation does vary based on the dining location and may not be possible at all dining locations! I would recommend speaking with your server at each dining location and notifying them of your specific needs prior to your meal.

Hopefully, though, this information will help enhance your own dining experiences at Walt Disney World Resort!
