I have a trip booked this late Nov/Dec. I see there is a Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party in Magic Kingdom while we are there. Does our park hopper 10 pass include this? If not why would Disney have one of these nights have the extra Magic Hour?

"Hard-ticket" events, such as Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party are NOT included with regular admission media such as basic theme park tickets or park hoppers. On party nights, the Magic Kingdom closes at 7:00 to guests who do not have a special party ticket. There are no evening Extra Magic Hours on those nights. If you're looking at the park calendars on Disney's website, I can think of two possible reasons why you might be confused:

    - On the calendars, it says "Extra Magic Hours" but there it does not differentiate between morning and evening Extra Magic Time. If you click on the words "Extra Magic Hours" in each calendar box, you'll be taken to a list of which days have morning Extra Magic time and which have evening Extra Magic time. Perhaps on the day in question, the park is really open early, but seeing the words "Extra Magic" made you assume that it is open late?

    - Are you looking at the calendar/hours for the correct park? The four theme parks all have very different hours, even on the same day. Make sure you're checking the hours at the Magic Kingdom.

Hope this helps clear up any confusion.
