Hey there, hi there, Brittany!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for stopping by with your question! It looks like you've got a magical trip to the Happiest Place on Earth coming up soon! The
Holiday Season is arguably one of the most beautiful times to visit the Disneyland Resort and you'll instantly be put into the spirit of the Season!
I'm sorry that you're having issues with reservations. We find that the most common issue that causes this is that guests unknowingly already have reservations for the dates in question. When you purchase your tickets directly from the
Disneyland website, part of the process involves choosing dates for your visit. This will automatically create a reservation for you in the system and it will not allow you to double book a date. Hence, it appears as if the dates are unavailable to you. In order to check on this, head to
Tickets and Reservation Details and click on "Make or Modify Park Reservations" (log in to your account if needed). If you see your reservations listed there with the appropriate dates, you should be fine!
If you don't see any reservations, I would recommend trying to book them again. It's possible that you were just a tad early with the 120 day booking window and it's worth a shot to try again. If that doesn't work, then I would recommend calling
Ticket Guest Services to have a friendly Cast Member help you out. When I check the
Availability Calendar on my end, I see that both Parks are open for your visit.
When you're here, be sure to carve out some time to check out the
Festival of Holidays, where you'll see a diverse range of cultures highlighted with their own seasonal celebration. And if you see the Mickey Gingerbread Cookie at the
Festive Foods Marketplace, do not pass it up! Trust me on this one!
Brittany, I hope that this was informative and helpful for you. Best wishes on making your reservations and planning your trip! If there is anything else that we can do for you, please feel free to write again anytime. You're always welcome here at planDisney!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
