Hello, Erica! It sounds like you're busy planning for your summer trip! Summertime is my family's favorite time of the yEAR to visit, because there's no school schedules to worry about, and crowds are surprisingly manageable.
I happen to be staying at Disney's Contemporary Resort this weekend, so I popped into the
Pixar Play Zone located in the Grand Concourse area of the resort. When I visited, there was a rockin' dance party going on with Mr. and Mrs. Incredible- I was a little jealous, to be honest! The Cast Members were very friendly and happy to answer my questions. They told me that this experience was intended to be a year-long pilot program, which explains why you can't see any reservations online after March. They weren't able to give me any information if the pilot would be extended or not, so unfortunately, it might not be available during your trip.
