Hi Dulce,
Welcome to planDisney! I think it's pretty sweet you decided to stop by with a question for us and I'm happy to help.
It sounds like you were able to purchase tickets for
Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts’ Nite and that's even sweeter since this separately ticketed event is now sold out. Since you mentioned purchasing tickets before the queue opened to the general public, my guess is that you are a
Magic Key holder as well. If so, color me jealous! My friend and
fellow panelist Danielle was also able to get an early start as a Magic Key holder and shared her queue countdown on social media. I was anxiously awaiting news that her purchase was successful but luckily love was in the air and luck was on her side. She'll be enjoying an evening of amor with her hubby next year, and hopefully, you'll be doing the same with your special someone.
You mentioned that your card was charged, so I'm wondering if you're simply having trouble locating your tickets. If so, you should be able to locate them in your
Disneyland Mobile App by navigating to the feature menu (≡) at the bottom right of your screen and clicking "Tickets and Passes." My pal Danielle said her tickets automatically appeared there upon completing her purchase, so I'm hoping yours are also there waiting to be discovered.
If you are unable to locate your tickets or if I've misunderstood your question I'd recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member by phone for additional assistance. They will have access to your account to see the details of your tickets and can help you troubleshoot any issues. Unfortunately, I don't have access to otherwise I'd dive right in and assist myself.
Dulce, I'm hoping you can get any tech issues resolved quickly and be on your way to an evening of
enchantment, romance, specialty snacks, and photo ops. This after-hours event sounds simply dreamy, I can't wait to see all the details unfold as the event kicks off on January 23!
Magic and memories,
Amy
