    Tried to do the customized map and my computer keeps coming up as there is an error. Is there another way to have the maps sent to me?? I printed it off, but it is missing half the map and is not very good quality. Thanks and I love this panel!!

    Hi Juliane! The customized maps are such a fun feature on the Disney website! I've got some tips to help you with the most frequently encountered reasons for error messages when working with the maps.

    First, make sure you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox as your browser. The website doesn't work well with Google Chrome and some other web browsers. Next, when you reach the screen called "Vacation Plans," if you see a box that asks to use a saved itinerary, make sure the box is NOT checked. Also, leave the fields in the "Vacation Plans" screen blank. Finally make sure you are signed in to the Disney website, and that your profile has a valid address matching the one on the "Shipping Address" page.

    If you're still having problems after trying these tips, call the website technical support line at 407-939-7765 and press 2. The wonderful tech support people will walk through the process step by step with you to help solve your problems and make sure you receive your maps!
