    I tried calling the help desk, but the line was busy. So let me ask it here: How do I merge two existing Disney accounts into one?

    Heigh-Ho Anita,

    Let me introduce ourselves, we are a panel of Guests with a wealth of Disney knowledge and Walt Disney World travel experience which we love sharing with our Fellow Guests. Your question is one we see often, especially because we all know emails come and go and it brings an ongoing adventure of updating so many sites with the new information or in this case merging two My Disney Experience accounts. 

    Guests wishing to merge two existing accounts will need to speak to a Cast Member in Website Support by calling (407) 939-4357. This Is The Way. My advice is to call as soon as phone lines open, 7:00 a.m. EST. As the old adage goes, "The Early Bird Gets The Worm." Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume and giving each Guest their undivided attention and as the day goes on the wait will usually get longer. 

    I am sending much Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust your next attempt isn't as long and all will be righted for you.
