Hi, Jordan! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I’m so sorry you’re experiencing trouble linking your
Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park tickets to your
My Disney Experience account. Without knowing how or when you purchased your tickets, I may just have to provide some general guidance for solving your problem.
If your tickets were purchased online after October 16, 2018, they are probably subjected to
Disney’s new date-based ticket system. With this new system, different dates’ tickets are different prices for the different Theme Parks. Each of these tickets also has a designated validity window during which the tickets must be used. If you purchased your tickets online and separate from your
Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, this may be the issue. In this case, I would recommend reaching out to the
Disney Park Tickets helpline to see if a Cast Member can help solve your problem.
If you purchased your tickets through the Walt Disney Travel Company (alone or as part of a Vacation Package), you may want to check the
Frequently Asked Questions,
send an email to the UK Help Center, or call freephone on 0800 169 0730.
I sincerely hope you find the answer you’re looking for, Jordan, and that your visit to
Walt Disney World Resort this Fall goes off without a hitch. There will be a lot of new and exciting attractions and events for you to explore (especially
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, opening at
Disney’s Hollywood Studios August 29).
In the meantime, please let us know if there are any additional questions we can answer for you as you plan your vacation. We’re happy to help!
Amy
