Are Trekking poles allowed in the WDW Parks? I have rented an ECV previously due to bilateral knee replacement but I need to do more walking. Th poles give that extra bit of stability I sometimes need.I prefer the poles over a cane. Can you help? Thanks

    Hello Anita,

Nice to hear that you are on the road to recovery after your knee surgery.  I saw someone walking down my street the other day with trekking poles and thought it was a wonderful idea to use those if you have mobility issues.  I checked with Guest Services and the restricted items list, and your poles are allowed in the parks. You may walk right down the middle of Main Street USA with them.

Wishing you happy trails and a magical vacation!
