Hi there, Jessica!
Thank you for sending in your question to planDisney! Your adventurous week on the
Disney Treasure will be here real soon, and I know you have been looking forward to warmth and lots of sunshine. Fingers crossed for beautiful weather in the Caribbean for your sailing!
Jessica, I know it's tricky when you have something you need for the first part of your sailing that is on Disney Cruise Line's
prohibited items list. I've had this happen before, and my item was taken by security. When we disembarked, I was able to locate it on a table in the Customs/luggage area. It was a quick stop before we got in line to exit the terminal.
I hope you find that Disney Cruise Line makes it
easy to travel with little ones, Jessica. From the gear to the
"it's a small world" nursery!, the youngest sailors are well taken care of, making sea life enjoyable for the entire family. And there's nothing cuter than seeing all the littlest cruisers toddling around the Grand Hall. This area is perfect for getting out those wiggles before dinner and bedtime. I also recommend checking out the open house hours at the
Oceaneer Club to spend time in Mickey and Minnie Captain's Deck! It's the perfect spot for playtime! Open house hours will be listed in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, so keep an eye out each day and favorite or "heart" those times.
Jessica, thank you again for sailing over for some help. I hope you are ready for a magical week, enjoying all the Disney Treasure has to offer. Be sure to take lots of
photos so you can relive your vacation memories for years to come! They become treasured souvenirs when it's time to say sea ya real soon!
Bon voyage,
Nancy
