We are travelling on our second Disney Cruise in January 2013, travelling on the DIsney Fantasy. I have recently been diagnosed with gluten intolerance and I was wondering if accommodations can be made for this.

    Ahoy Tammi!
I'm thrilled to hear you will be embarking on your second magical voyage on Disney Cruise Line in January!  The Disney Fantasy is absolutely spectacular, and the Disney Imagineers have created some amazing spaces and opportunities on this vessel!  From the moment you step aboard, you will be awe of the gorgeous three story Grand Atrium filled with the most exquisite  and whimsical details.  You and your crew are going to have a fantabulous time!
Disney Cruise Line is quite accommodating to dietary needs such as gluten intolerance.  They do need to know before you set sail so I would recommend giving them a call directly at (800) 951-3532 to speak with a Cruise Reservation Agent.  The agent will be happy to note it on your reservation so the culinary team will be aware once it is your turn to sail on your Caribbean adventure.
Thanks so much for visiting the Moms Panel, Tammi!  Please let me know if you have any further cruise questions.  I'm always happy to help!
    Have a wonderful day!
