Hi! Travelling oct27-2nov 3 ad 2 chd 1 &3. Looking at pop cent or po riverside. Have heard horror stories about dt busses. My kids will nn to take naps. Which of these hotels will take shortest time to go back & forth from parks? Thanks -Julie

    Hi Julie,

I am not sure if your children need naps or not but if you are worried about the transportation, Port Orleans Riverside is a better location than any of the Value resorts.

When Disney is determining a price of a resort, part of it is based on how quick and easy can you get to a park. If you look at all the Deluxe resorts, you can either get to at least one park via a monorail or boat.  This means you can push a stroller directly onto these modes of transportation and never move a sleeping pirate or princess.

If you want to come back and forth for naps, would you consider reducing your trip by a day or two so you could upgrade to the Polynesian or Contemporary and have the monorail to travel to two parks by? It might not be much more money considering you are going during a slow period. Plus the added benefit of not holding a stroller and sleepy baby could be worth it.

    Have a great trip!
