Salutations, Stephanie.
I'm so glad you followed Olaf through the Enchanted Forest and found your way here to
planDisney! Hooray for planning a
Walt Disney World Resort family vacation! I know it seems like 2023 is (Buzz) lightyears away, but it will be here before you know it.
I reached out to
Disney’s All-Star Music Resort, Stephanie, and was told rollaway beds, cots, and air mattresses are not available at this time. However, you’ll be pleased to know that complimentary Pack ‘n Plays (playpens) are available on a first-come, first-served basis at your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Depending on availability, a crib may also be an option. You can put in a request for a
crib or playpen when booking your Resort reservation online or upon arriving at your hotel. The Resort’s Cast Members will do their best to accommodate your request, though it's not a guarantee.
To put this request in online when booking your Resort reservation, click "Change" next to "Room and Amenity Requests" under the Guest Information section on the page and check the box next to "Crib” during the checkout process. You might want to bring an extra blanket or two for your young Mouseketeer, as my fellow Panelist,
Phillip, tells me the Resort only supplies sheets.
Now, if you've already booked your Resort reservation, Stephanie, I suggest you
call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservation line for assistance from a friendly Cast Member with notating your request. Of course, you always have the option of waiting to put in the request until you check in at the Front Desk of your Resort hotel, but I advise against this. The earlier you put in your crib request, the better.
Stephanie, I’m so excited for you to make lifelong memories at The Most Magical Place on Earth with your little one next year! I hope this information helps with your planning. Be sure to follow planDisney on
Instagram and check out the
planDisney Podcast for even more planning tips and advice.
Love is an open door,
Alyssa
