Craig from Victoria Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We are travelling from Melbourne, Australia for our dream Disney holiday. Our flights have been moved, meaning our booked ticket dates need to be moved. Can we do this online? We have tried but the website always shows an error & directs us to call.

Hello there, and welcome to planDisney! Craig I am super excited that you are visiting for your dream holiday. I am happy to can get you pointed in the right direction.

Coordinating your travel plans with your hotel accommodations to Walt Disney World is very important, and being sure they are lined up gives me a sense of comfort. These flight changes are something I would want to make sure are set for our stay as well. If you worked with a travel agent to make these plans you should be able to reach out to make these changes. If the website is directing to call that's what I would recommend you do to ensure your holiday is on the right track. Since you are arriving in 2025 I have some great news for your check-in day. All guests can visit a waterpark for free! Once you arrive to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel, stop at Bell Services and drop off your luggage. You should have the things you need for the waterpark in a separate bag so you don't have to dig through your luggage. One of the parks is always closed for refurbishment between Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, so check the hours to see which will be open during your stay.

May is beautiful in Florida and the International Flower and Garden Festival is happening while you visit. Be sure to check out the Outdoor Kitchens that will be serving up the freshest ingredients. If you love music the Garden Rocks Concert Series lineup was just announced and there are some huge artists performing in May. EPCOT is dressed up with flowers everywhere and has really cool Disney-inspired topiaries all over the park.

If you are visiting for the first time make sure you tell the Cast Member while you are checking in. You will receive "1st Visit" pins, and I suggest you wear them the entire time. Wearing those will get you welcomes from Cast Members while you are at the parks, and all over the resorts. In some cases there may be some pixie dust sprinkled your way. On your first day at Magic Kingdom Park try and take the FerryBoat in from the Ticket and Transportation Center. If you head straight to the back of the boat you will be at the front of the boat for the voyage across Seven Seas Lagoon. Make sure you keep an eye out in the distance, Cinderella Castle will emerge and you will know your magical vacation is underway.

I hope this information is helpful for your dream holiday. If you need any other questions please visit us again at planDisney.com.

    Have a magical stay,

    Jeremy A.
