    Hello! We're travelling May 19-23rd. I am trying to make dining reservations now but continuously receive the message that there is no availability for the dates and times. For ex., Coral Reef for dinner on the 19th. Is it completely booked or...?

    Hello there, Taneya! Welcome to planDisney! We are so excited that you’ve taken the time to stop by and allow us to help you plan your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! 

    As major foodies, my family and I always love trying as many dining locations as possible during our vacations to Walt Disney World Resort! There are so many unique options across the property, it seems as though you could try a new place every day and still take forever to eat at them all! Whether you are interested in more classic American foods or unique dining experiences, there truly is something for everyone when it comes to dining. 

    Advanced dining reservations are the perfect way to pre-select which dining locations you would like to eat at during your vacation! These reservations hold your table on a specific day at a specific time. Guests are able to make their advanced dining reservations up to 60 days in advance. When staying with the Disney Resorts Collection, Guests are able to make reservations up to 60 days in advance plus the length of their stay. 

    It is true that availability can go quickly at many of the popular dining locations so you do want to make any “must-do” reservations as soon as possible! If you are interested in quickly identifying which dining locations have availability on select days, you can do so by visiting the “Dining Locations” webpage. At the top of the page, you can input the date, time, and size of your party to find which specific restaurants have availability during your needed times. 

    If your plans change during your visit, you can also take advantage of the Mobile Dine Walk-Up Availability feature on the My Disney Experience app! With this feature, Guests can check if select restaurants have last-minute availability from their smartphones. From there, all you need to do is select the size of your party and put your name on the walk-up list. You will then receive a notification when your table is ready and you can enjoy your meal!
