    We are travelling on the Magic in July to Canada, and I am curious if people dress up for the Pirate party like the do for the Caribbean cruises. We have only sailed on the Eastern Caribbean itinerary and am wondering what to expect this time. Thanks!

    I'm so glad to hear a fellow Georgian is sailing out of NYC this summer!  My family and I will be on the cruise just before your Canadian voyage, and we are looking forward to a memorable New York City sail away!  I'm sure your crew is looking forward to the same!
    There are pirate festivities planned for your cruise, and I'm sure many Guests will be decked out head to toe in their pirate attire!  I would definitely bring your gear along if you already have some, but you might want to plan to add a few layers since it will be cool on deck during the party and fireworks.  Don't forget Mickey's Mates carries lots of costumes and accessories as well!  I'm sure your buccaneers will have a swashbuckling good time!
